MetYet Terms of Use

MetYet Terms of Use

Effective date: July 28, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of metyet.io, MetYet forms, pilot programs, and other services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About MetYet

MetYet is building tools intended to help collectors, vendors, and show hosts coordinate more effectively around in-person card shows. MetYet is not an online card marketplace, payment processor, grading service, authentication service, escrow provider, event organizer, or party to transactions between users unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the Services if doing so would violate applicable law.

3. Pilot and Early-Stage Services

MetYet is an early-stage product. Pilot features may be incomplete, experimental, unavailable, modified, or discontinued at any time. Participation may be limited and does not guarantee admission to a pilot, continued access, specific functionality, matches, sales, attendance, or business results.

We may request feedback and usage information to improve the Services. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may provide feedback voluntarily and without compensation, and MetYet may use that feedback without restriction.

4. Your Information and Submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit. Do not submit information you do not have the right to provide.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant MetYet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, analyze, format, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Services. We will handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential business information, payment card information, government identification numbers, account passwords, or sensitive personal information unless MetYet specifically requests it through an appropriate secure process.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, or abusive activity • Impersonate another person or business • Submit false, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or source code • Interfere with or disrupt the Services • Scrape, harvest, or misuse personal information • Introduce malware, harmful code, or automated traffic that burdens the Services • Use MetYet to facilitate counterfeit goods, stolen goods, fraud, or other prohibited transactions • Copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Services except as permitted by law or written agreement

6. Card Show Interactions and Transactions

MetYet may help people discover potential matches or coordinate in-person interactions. Users remain solely responsible for evaluating cards, prices, condition, authenticity, grading, ownership, payment methods, personal safety, and whether to complete any trade or purchase.

MetYet does not guarantee: • That a particular card, vendor, collector, or host will be present • The accuracy of inventory, demand, availability, condition, price, authenticity, or grading information • That users will respond, meet, transact, or perform as expected • The quality, legality, safety, or outcome of any transaction or event

Any transaction is solely between the participating parties. Resolve pricing, inspection, payment, delivery, returns, and disputes directly with the other party.

7. Events and Third Parties

Card shows and related events may be operated by independent hosts. MetYet does not control and is not responsible for venue rules, admission, scheduling, cancellations, security, vendor placement, attendee conduct, or event operations unless MetYet expressly agrees otherwise.

The Services may link to third-party websites or use third-party platforms such as Google and Framer. MetYet is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including the MetYet name, logo, product concepts, software, design, text, graphics, and other materials provided by MetYet, are owned by MetYet or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of MetYet intellectual property.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect users, MetYet, third parties, or the integrity of the Services; respond to suspected violations; comply with law; or manage a pilot.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” MetYet disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and results.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetYet and its founders, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, missed transactions, damaged cards, event-related losses, or personal disputes arising from or related to the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetYet’s total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid directly to MetYet for the applicable Service during the six months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MetYet and its founders, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another party’s rights.

14. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms as MetYet evolves. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.

15. General Terms

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. MetYet may transfer these Terms as part of a financing, reorganization, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These Terms and any incorporated policies represent the entire agreement concerning the Services unless you and MetYet have a separate written agreement.
