This Privacy Policy explains how MetYet (“MetYet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit metyet.io, submit a MetYet form, communicate with us, or participate in a MetYet pilot.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
We may collect information you choose to provide, including: • Name and email address • How you participate in card shows, including collecting, vending, and hosting • Business name, show name, location, attendance, inventory categories, and other participation details • Feedback about card shows, product needs, frustrations, and desired improvements • Interest in pilots, product updates, or future opportunities • Messages or other information you send to MetYet
Information collected through our website
Our website is built using Framer. Framer’s built-in analytics may provide aggregated information such as page views, referral sources, device type, country, and general website usage. MetYet does not currently use this information to identify individual visitors.
If MetYet later adds third-party analytics, advertising, embedded media, or other tracking tools, we will update this policy and add any consent tools required by applicable law.
Information collected through Google Forms
MetYet currently uses Google Forms to collect onboarding and pilot-interest responses. Form submissions may be stored in Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Drive within MetYet’s Google Workspace environment.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to: • Operate and improve the MetYet website, product, and pilot programs • Understand the needs of collectors, vendors, and show hosts • Evaluate and contact potential pilot participants • Send product updates or pilot communications you requested • Respond to questions, feedback, or partnership inquiries • Analyze demand, participation patterns, and opportunities at card shows • Protect MetYet, our users, and our services from misuse or security threats • Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with: • Service providers that help us operate, including Google Workspace and Framer • Contractors, advisors, or collaborators supporting MetYet under appropriate confidentiality expectations • Event hosts or pilot partners when needed to coordinate a pilot and when the sharing is consistent with the purpose for which you provided the information • Government authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security • A buyer, investor, successor, or other party involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of MetYet assets
We will not share your contact information with unrelated third parties for their independent marketing without your permission.
4. Communications
You may receive communications from us when you request updates, express pilot interest, submit a question, or otherwise ask us to contact you.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing or product-update emails by using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting matt@metyet.io. We may still send necessary administrative communications related to an active pilot, request, or relationship.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate MetYet, evaluate pilots, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with law, and support legitimate business needs.
We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed. Pilot and research data may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form for product analysis.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you previously provided. We will review requests in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
8. Children’s Privacy
MetYet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information should contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
People under the age of legal majority should use MetYet and participate in pilots only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website and forms may link to or rely on third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. MetYet is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as MetYet changes. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by email when appropriate.
